As a culture development specialist, Dr. Karen’s dream is to spread collaborative compassion within care organizations and communities and contribute to the creation of a global movement dedicated to the improvement of the life of children and adults with special needs including disabilities.
She is a certified professional co-active coach, organizational relationships systems coach, certified coach master toolkit coach, and a leadership facilitator at Johns Hopkins International.
